This is an HISTORIC cultural event in UB poetry, poetics, media, and digital poetics. Robert Creeley and Charles Bernstein did so much for UB — including much valuable support for the EPC and for our department — and this will probably be their last visit, certainly together, to the campus. (Susan Howe was originally scheduled to participate but is unable to do so due to illness.) It would be terrific to honor them with an audience. And they will give an outstanding presentation. It will be a rich and historic event, never to be repeated. Even if you attend only one language media poetics event this year, THIS IS THE ONE. Please encourage faculty, students, and staff to attend.

The afternoon event is sponsored by MEDIA STUDY and DMS and it will be held on the UB north campus. All are encouraged to attend the DMS/EPC event!
